Soon a brandy from #Malbec ? The idea starts to gain ground.

Why shouldn’t there be a larger production of Malbec brandy in Cahors, like it already exists in other wine regions? Some forward-thinking vignerons already walk in this direction. Like for example Pascal Verhaeghe, from Château du Cèdre, who asked Laurent Cazottes to distill brandy from Malbec already years ago (called Marc de GC).
