CHATEAU DU CÈDRE 2012 BY RM JAMES

Hints of cedar and vanilla with herby black cherry, damson and elderberry in a sweet vs crunchy profile mix, peppery and earthy edges too; quite elegant with subtle depth...

Fresh and grippy vs spicy berry fruit and light cedar/nutmeg tones, lively and long finish with delicate flavour; aromatic with attractive tannins and the oak’s well done.
