Area of production : IGP Côtes du Lot

Soil and climate : The grapes for this wine grow on the 2nd and 3rd terraces and on the lime stone plateau.

Grape varieties : 100 % Viognier

Type of winemaking : Grapes are hand picked and sorted. Skin maceration during 24 h before pressing. 20% is fermented in new 500 L oak barrels, 80% in stainless steel tanks. Average temperature 20°C.

Type of ageing : Aged on fine lees for 9 months.

Tasting notes : Shiny, bright yellow colour. Powerfull nose with roses, apricots, lychee and hints of oak. Medium bodied and powerful, very elegant and long.

Stored correctly (at 10/15°C and a with an air moisture level of at least 70%), we guarantee the quality of this cuvée for the next 5 years.
Residual sugars : < ou = à 2g/l

Food recommandation : Savour this wine during an aperitif or try some seafood and cold fish. Also excellent on goat cheese.
