Area of production : IGP du Lot

Soil and climate : Vineyard planted on a chalky plateau.

Grape varieties : 50% Sauvignon - 40% Sémillon, 10% Muscadelle.

Type of winemaking : Fermentation and elevage on fine lees in tanks and in one year old oak barrels (for 25% of the wine).
Type of ageing On fine lees for 8 months.

Tasting notes : This wine shows a full bouquet of exotic fruits, butter and citrus oil, gradually adding delicate floral scents. Pleasant smoothness accompanies the outstanding freshness on the palate, which creates a balanced and harmonious wine from the beginning.

Food recommendation : An amazing, nuanced wine that will accompany your aperitif, as well as raw fish, all kinds of terrines, salads and cream cheese.

Stored in correct conditions (10/15°C and an air moisture level of at least 70%), we guarantee the quality of this cuvée for the next 3 years.
