Area of production : IGP du Comté Tolosan
Grape varieties : 100% Malbec
Winemaking and ageing: Full destemming and crushing, followed by slow fermentation at 28°C. Skin maceration with "pigeage" for 15 days, followed by 8 months of ageing in concrete tanks. Slightly filtered before bottling.
Storage in a temperature controlled warehouse.
Tasting notes : Dark red colour. Very fruity nose, both powerful and elegant. Very round and soft on the palate with great fruit intensity.
Food recommandation : Enjoy this wine by itself, or pair with cheese, pizzas,grilled meat and pasta.
