THE CEDRE MALBEC VINTAGE - A STUNNING WINE
Since last thursday you may taste the brand new Cèdre Malbec Vintage, born
from the imagination of Pascal Verhaeghe from the Château du Cèdre in
Cahors. This stunning wine, close to a port wine, but with more fruit and
less sugars, has been presented by Laurant LAVIALE, who works for the
Château du Cèdre.
“It’s released this week,” explained Laurant LAVIALE,
“after several months of work. Excellent on foie gras, you may as
well appreciate it on blue cheese or chocolate based deserts. ”
